Analysts grounded in Bangkok procurement rooms

System Latticebase helps enterprise teams read purchase-to-pay paths with the same care buyers give to a difficult supplier negotiation.

Registered business

The official registered business name is System Latticebase Co., Ltd.. The company was established in 2017 in Bangkok to support procurement directors and operations leads who needed clearer pictures of cycle time, category concentration, and supplier receipt performance.

Early engagements focused on manufacturing groups near the Eastern Seaboard and multi-entity trading houses in Pom Prap Sattruphai and surrounding districts. Over the years the practice widened to distribution networks and consumer-goods headquarters that share AP teams across legal entities.

How we approach the work

We begin with the documents and stamps you already keep: purchase orders, approval trails, goods receipts, invoice exceptions. Interviews fill gaps that extracts cannot explain. Deliverables stay readable in a steering meeting—stage maps, category boards, lead-time tails—without inventing metrics your teams will abandon next quarter.

Values we keep visible

Stage names stay stable once agreed. Samples are honest about size and limits. Findings name owners and locations rather than blaming an entire function. When evidence is thin, we say so before drawing a neat chart.

People you may meet

Engagements are led by analysts who have sat with buyers, AP clerks, and warehouse supervisors—not only with slide decks.
